When we consider how we relate to God, is it with only certain faculties, i.e., when Jesus commands us to Love the Lord your God with all of your heart, and with all of your soul, and with all of your mind and with all of your body (Mark 12:30), what does that mean in terms of our approach to worship?
Do you worship God with your heart, soul, mind and body?
Do you worship God with ALL of your heart, soul, mind and body . . . or just some of it? What would happen if we gave 100%? I interpret all as meaning 100%.
Are there parts you are leaving out?
Yes, you can connect to God with one aspect of your created being, but what if all of you was involved in the act of worship, what would happen?
Remember, worship involves our whole being.
Addendum - none of this is to say you don't do this, just thinking out loud and blogging it.
