Talk about last minute gifts, a friend called and had 2 extra tickets to see the Pacers tonight. So, Joshua was the lucky winner and he and I ventured to Conseco to see the Pacers whip the Heat by 20 points.
The real fun was to watch Joshua's excitement knowing he was going, and watching his eyes light up when we walked down the steps to our seats, which were wonderful, 13th row behind the Pacers bench. A fun night, except for the drive home. The rain was torrential at times and the lightening seemed brighter than I ever remember it.
Thankfully, we're home and I'm exhausted. The drive did it for me.
